Sebastian is a team-focused, analytical manager with the ability to unite a team of diverse members. He has experience in creating and implementing strategies for new markets, and comfortable in many cultural settings. Fluent in German, Spanish and English. Sebastian holds a JD from Columbia Law School and an MBA from the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins.
Sebastian Seiguer is the Co-Founder and CEO of emocha Mobile Health, a Baltimore-based health technology startup that developed an app to make sure people take their medications and tries to prevent opioid abuse.
Emocha is redesigning the way patients take medication. Emocha’s technology radically improves adherence, strengthens patient-provider relationships, and reduces costs. Emocha is committed to building high-impact technology for the public health sector to help patients get better, faster.
